A seamless extension of the 2006 theme, 2007 will focus on Courage
and Confidence. The activities planned in 2007 are designed to inspire
us to have the courage and confidence to go for what we believe in. Through
pursuing our desires, we empower ourselves to set our future paths, helping
us to make a difference to our industry, country, organisation and to
those around us. Most importantly, we develop the courage and confidence
to be who we are and to make our own choices in our personal and professional
lives, from whichever angle or discipline we contribute.
Without exception, all of the women interviewed for EuropeanPWN-Amsterdam 's milestone publication
"Women Shaping the Future," advocate self-reflection to discover your
true interests and to find a job that "makes your juices flow," often
through stepping out of your comfort zone. Through choosing the theme
Courage and Confidence for 2007, we seek to further EuropeanPWN-Amsterdam 's mission
of providing an active, open forum to stimulate proactive career and personal
development of our members through all phases of their careers. If you
